Direct Bond Non-Convertible Buccal Tubes are designed to provide reliable bonding, accurate archwire guidance, and consistent clinical performance. Manufactured using a precision casting process, these orthodontic buccal tubes offer a compact design for strength and durability.
The mesial chamfered entrance allows smooth archwire insertion. As a result, wire placement is quicker and more efficient. In addition, the contoured mesh base follows the natural shape of the molar crown, helping to achieve a strong and secure bond.
Furthermore, the curved base adapts closely to the tooth surface for an accurate fit. At the same time, the occlusal indent assists with precise positioning during bonding. Therefore, clinicians can achieve predictable bracket placement with greater confidence.
These buccal tubes are available in two slot sizes. Consequently, they are suitable for a wide range of orthodontic treatment techniques.

CONVERTIBLE VS NON-CONVERTIBLE
Convertible
This design is important if you experience difficulty when inserting large finishing wires into 2nd molar tubes. They can also be ligated when necessary with conventional elastics or ligature wires. They are by far the most popular choice for 1st molars.
Non-convertible
These tubes are smaller and more rounded for patient comfort. Bondable non-convertible singles are quickly replacing second molar bands and can be effectively used on first molars when your only requirement is a hook for class II auxilliaries.
